On this 90 minutes class where the focus of being here and now supports a strong body, a calm mind and a clear vision.
Through diving deeper into the asanas, mantras, mudras & visualizations you will strengthen your 'presence' foundation within YOU.
April 6th - Tuesday 6:00pm EST
Embark on a fantastic Balance exploration journey.
During 90 min you will be invited to explore seated balance poses, standing balance and a fun mixture of 'new ways to connect to balance'.
We together will navigate through many meanings of the world balance and we move, sit still and feel.
April 8th - Thursday 6:00pm EST
As Gratitude is brought deeper to your awareness, I invite you for this beautiful 'yoga mat time' 90 minutes class, when you will be guided through explorations of your own-self, from which you connect with the inner keys to unlock abundant blessings for your health and for your life.
April 12th - Monday 6:00pm EST
A recording of the practice will be emailed for all who register within 24hrs after the class is over and will be open for 15 days. Classes suitable for all levels of yoga practice
