Johanna Nordblad
Is a pioneer of freediving in Finland. She has done both national and world records.
Currently, she holds the world record for ice diving, 103 m from one ice hole to another wearing only a swimming suit, 2021.

Johanna's record under the ice is 2x the distance of Wim Hoff the iceman.

Johanna Nordblad: Ice Diving Pioneer
Johanna Nordblad is a world-renowned ice diving pioneer and record-holder. Her extraordinary ability to withstand extreme cold temperatures and her deep understanding of breathwork and mindfulness techniques have made her a sought-after mentor for those seeking to push their limits.
Johanna will guide participants through the intricacies of ice diving, sharing her knowledge on:

Johanna will show you how to set the stage of your mind and relate to the ice. She will teach the changes of physiology of the body change in such a swim. How to handle adversities of the body, mind, and the environment.

Lou Corleto: Master of Mind and Body
Lou Corleto is a highly skilled chiropractor and experienced free-diver with a deep understanding of the human body and mind. With over a decade of ice plunging experience, Lou has honed his ability to harness the power of cold water therapy to improve physical and mental well-being.
Lou will guide participants through:
- Advanced Breathwork Techniques: Mastering breath control for increased oxygen efficiency, relaxation, and stress reduction.
- Mindset and Visualization: Developing a positive mental attitude and using visualization techniques to enhance performance.
- Physical and Mental Resilience: Building physical strength and mental toughness to overcome challenges.

Antero is a seasoned free-diving coach with over three decades of experience. He has honed his skills to perfection, having trained world-class divers and pushed the boundaries of human potential.
Antero will provide invaluable support and guidance to participants, sharing his expertise in:

Lydie Ometto: Your Guide to Inner Peace
Lydie Ometto is a compassionate and experienced yoga teacher and breathwork facilitator. She will guide participants through a series of morning yoga practices designed to warm the body, calm the mind, and prepare for the day's challenges.
Lydie's role extends beyond the yoga mat, her presence at all ice dives, will offer support and encouragement to each participant. Her calming presence and soothing voice will help to alleviate anxiety and promote a sense of peace, focus and well-being.
Through integrative relaxation sessions that may combine gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation, Lydie will support the participants at the end of the day, to unwind, and restore their energy levels.

Accommodations
During the event you will be accommodated in the cottages of the luxury resort “Lehmonkärki”.
However, the term “cottage” in Finland does not stand for a small emergency shelter or the like, it stands for a fully equipped house, built of wood, plenty of space, elegance and embraced by the Finnish forest.
