As some of you know, back in July 2025 I took a hard hit to the right side of my head and in recovery from a gnarly concussion. 
After my first visit at the specialized concussion clinic here in Virginia, they are confident in a full recovery! Concussions are all different and there is no timeline, a light could turn on at any moment.
As of right now, life is looking pretty different! There is a detour along the neurons, so things are taking longer. 

I am at home doing a lot of resting, brain stimulating activities and much deep healing.
There have been some great days and some pretty dark days… we learned that concussion brain goes HARD into overthinking and emotions! 

I found out this process is going to be prolonged another 5-6months and with that the past few weeks have been incredibly hard… 
I am not okay, and that’s alright… I am having to really dig down deep and find the light in the darkest of places… 

I am facilitating myself daily with my energy work as well as reaching out to my extended family of awesome facilitators! And the most important support has been my INCREDIBLE wife Shalom, who is still working 9 plus hours a day, gives me loads of love and encouragement, helps organize my medical needs and care, takes the dogs (and me) on walks and still has the energy to make me laugh… I wouldn’t be here today without her!

Sometimes is hard to express how incredibly grateful I am for all the love and support! I feel the energy and prayers on the days I need them the most. The financial help has been a massive relief so that I can continue focusing on healing. 
You all have given me reasons to keep going…
